3. Cookies We Do NOT Use

No analytics cookies -- we do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tracking tools.
No advertising cookies -- we do not serve ads or use retargeting pixels.
No third-party tracking -- we do not embed social media trackers or share browsing data.
No profiling -- we do not build behavioral profiles of our users or their website visitors.

4. The Plugin & Cookies

The FormAI plugin embedded on your website does not set any cookies on your visitors' browsers. The plugin:

Uses a randomly generated session ID (in memory only, not persisted) for each page load.
Does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, or IndexedDB.
Does not track users across pages or sessions.
All conversation data is discarded when the page is closed.

5. Managing Cookies

Since we only use strictly necessary cookies, there is no cookie consent banner. These cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the dashboard. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings:

Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies
Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies
Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions

Note: Deleting the session cookie will log you out of your dashboard.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we introduce new types of cookies (e.g., analytics), we will update this policy and notify you before they are set.
